This page is for requesting deletion of a Six Love account and associated identifying data. Six Love – Jamaican Domino is the mobile app operated by Double Twelve Games.
You can delete your account in the Six Love app, or email us if you cannot access the app. Account deletion removes identifying information; it does not let you keep the account while deleting only some data categories.
Delete your account in the Six Love app
In-app deletion is available for email/password accounts, Google-only accounts, Apple-only accounts, Facebook-only accounts, and accounts that have both a password and linked social sign-in.
- Sign in to Six Love.
- Open the app menu.
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Follow the confirmation steps.
- Password-enabled accounts must provide their current password. This includes accounts that also have linked Google, Apple, or Facebook sign-in.
- Social-only accounts (Google, Apple, or Facebook sign-in with no password) delete through an authenticated session and two explicit destructive confirmations. They are not asked for a password.
Request deletion by email if you cannot access the app
If you cannot sign in or use the in-app flow, email Double Twelve Games to request deletion of your Six Love account and associated identifying data.
- Open the email link below. The subject line is filled in for you.
- Send the message from the email address associated with your Six Love account when possible.
- Include your Six Love display name and any other non-sensitive details that help us locate the account.
Never send a password, Google token, Apple token, Facebook token, one-time code, or other authentication secret.
Double Twelve Games may request reasonable verification of account ownership before completing a deletion request.

What is deleted
When deletion is completed, Double Twelve Games removes or anonymizes the following identifying data:
- Email address and login credentials, including password hashes and password-reset tokens
- Linked Google, Apple, and Facebook sign-in identities
- Identifying profile information
- Direct associations between you and support or game-event records, including identifying links on bug reports, invite codes, game-event analytics, participants, match-winner references, and authentication events
- Your public display name, which is replaced with “Deleted User”
What may be retained
Anonymized match history, ranking, XP, and aggregate gameplay records may be retained for game integrity, historical consistency, fraud prevention, and aggregate statistics. After deletion, those records remain attached only to an anonymous internal identifier. They are no longer associated with your former email address, linked social identity, or display name.
Records may also be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, financial, or legal obligations.
Apple App Store and Google Play purchase records are controlled by Apple and Google, not by Double Twelve Games.
How long deletion takes
- Verified email deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
- Direct identifying account data is removed or anonymized when deletion is completed.
- Residual encrypted backup or security copies may remain for up to 90 days before normal expiration.
- Anonymized gameplay and aggregate statistical records may be retained without direct account identifiers.
- Legally required records may be retained for the required period.
What deletion means
- Deletion cannot be undone.
- You are signed out of Six Love.
- You can no longer access the old profile.
- If you later create a new account, old ranking, XP, in-app purchases, or history from the deleted account are not restored.
- Other players’ historical game records may show “Deleted User” in place of your former display name.
